You can change the date of a port request, or cancel it entirely, up to 24 hours before the port is due to complete. In order to do so, please update the port request ticket with what you want the port date changed to, or by telling us definitively that you want to cancel the port.
We’ll send your request off to the LCP as soon as we can, but as with the original port request, different LCPs have different response times, so it can be hard to ensure that any cancellation or change order will go through even with 24 hours notice, though of course we'll always try to make sure it gets processed in time.
If you’re attempting to change the date of a port, it must still fit within the industry agreed lead-times, based on when you originally submitted the port request.
