Ports are charged per request, rather than per successful port.
Port requests are charged at £10 per number, with an upper limit of £50 per request.
If a porting request is rejected, the resubmission is charged at £10 regardless of how many numbers are involved - please ensure you’re using the resubmit option in the portal, rather than submitting it as a new request.
Any changes or cancellations are charged at £10 per submission.
Ported numbers are included in the minimum monthly rental on your account.
