Change of account name
To change your account name, please submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the changes required.
Change of Legal Identity
in the event of a change of legal identity, please contact the operations team in the first instance as this will require the existing account to be closed and a new separate account to be opened.
Once you've created the new account, we will require an email with an attached letter on company headed paper from the old account name informing us of your change in legal entity, this should also include details of the new account you wish to have your funds, numbers and all other account information transferred to. Only when we have received this information, can we arrange the account migration with you.
You'll need an independent IP address set to your new account, and you should also ensure you remove IP addresses and trunks from your old account and add them to the new one.
Additionally, you'll need to make sure that the correct Username/Password is configured at your end if you're using Auth trunks. For IP trunks you'll need to ensure you authorise your IPs in Trunk Management.
