Call tariffs set how much a customer pays for each individual call. You can have a customised tariff for each account or only create one that never changes.
NOTE: If a call is out of bundle and there is either no payment channel (Post-pay or Credit) or no rate in a valid tariff, the call will fail.
To add a Call Tariff, click the Add button under the Call Tariff section.
When you are setting up a new Call Tariff you can set a number of parameters including:
- On-net Call charge (on-net being Partner calls)
- Minimum charge duration (In the below example, a call will always have at least 30s duration for billing purposes)
- Round up to nearest: the increments calls are charged in
- Minimum call charge
- SMS charge
You can set the price your customer pays for each destination including connection charge.
