Q. Would I be right in saying that you could place an extension in a different country and calls to that extension from an extension in the UK would be free as long as they were on the same account?
A. A Simwood Direct number has no fixed location so you are able to use your extensions on any broadband connection, anywhere in the world. Calls to your other extensions would be free as well as to other users on our network. Calls other UK numbers outside of our network would be charged at the same rates as if you were in the UK.
