To open a Simwood account:
- Please contact us so we can discuss the most appropriate account type for you and see what best aligns with your requirements.
- You'll then be sent a sign up link to the platform.
- Please enter your company details and payment information.*
- Click Submit
- Your application will then be reviewed and approved by the team (subject to all of the information being correctly filled out)
Your application will be reviewed and you'll receive confirmation to the email address you registered with. Upon successful registration, the email will contain your Simwood Account Number along with your portal, support centre and API login details.
For security we recommend that you log in and change your password immediately. You have been configured as the main user for your company and you can grant access to other members of staff.
*When entering your company details please be aware that the email used must be a business email address. Emails provided from free sources (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) will result in the account application being rejected.
