You can set up notifications and alerts for your account to send an email to defined addresses.
You can set the following notifications and alerts for your account:
- Notification for billing and invoicing
- Notification of changes to trunks
- Fraud alerts or notifications
To add notification recipients and set the type of alerts or notifications to be sent please follow the steps below:
- Log into the portal
- Select ‘Notifications’ from the menu options
- Enter the email address for the notification to be sent too, and Save.
Low Balance Alerts
To set a low balance alert level for when your pre-pay balance falls below your defined threshold, please follow the steps below:
- Log into the portal
- Select ‘Commercial’ from the menu options
- Scroll down to the ‘Balance’ Options and select ‘Set low balance alert level’
- Enter the desired alert level in the ‘Set alert balance field’ and Save.
