Portal Access - Password reset

Once your Partner portal has been created there are a few areas to be aware of for gaining access, essentially there are two portals, the partner portal and the customer portal. We will create your username and supply it shortly after the account is created, once the user is on the system you should be able to follow the steps below.  

URL Information

1) the Partner portal URL is as follows: https://partner.sipcentric.com/ 

2) the customer portal URL will look something like this: https://CUSTOMERNAME.partner.sipcentric.com 

Password reset information

To gain access to your partner portal you must:

1) click forgotten password link on the customer portal ask your account manager for the URL if you're not sure.

2) once reset you should then navigate to the partner portal to login (https://partner.sipcentric.com/).
