Under the Partner Branding Interface tool, we’ve included the ability for Partners to add Tool Tips that can be customised to guide customers, particularly in the initial onboarding process. This may reduce your helpdesk tickets in those early days with a customer too.
To start, simply login to the Partner Branding Interface using your Partner credentials: https://branding.partner.sipcentric.com/
On the left hand side you will see the speech bubble icon
From here you can see your accounts on the right hand side and you can set tool tips that will help your staff when adding or editing customer information.
Select an account to create the Tool Tips that all your customers will see. This will take you to the dashboard view of a customer account and you can work through the multiple options and tool tips.
For example, under Incoming Numbers you have the ability to add an Alert message (you can see the orange circle highlighting this), add a message to the Default Destination and Notification email (if the number is SMS/fax)
Choose between the following:
- Tooltip: Icon that customer can point mouse to and get more a small information box
- Pop up: A box that pops out when the customer clicks on Show More
- Alert: An alert gives the information in a box across the top of the page
- Video: Enables a video to be shown within a pop up box
Each item on the menu is customisable, but we suggest selecting those most relevant to your customers.
Don't forget to publish changes changes to make them live.
