Configuring the Bria for iPhone app

First steps

The Bria application for iPhone is developed by CounterPath and is available from the iTunes store.

Once you have downloaded and installed the app, continue with entering your extension settings as below.

Basic configuration

When you run the app for the first time it should prompt you to set up a VoIP account. If it is not the first time it has been used, select Settings then Account Settings.

You will need to configure the following fields, using the correct settings for your extension (see phone extension SIP settings):

• Display As: can be anything and is purely to help identify the account if you have more than one
• Username: enter the six-digit extension username
• Password: enter the extension password
• Domain: enter sip.sipcentric.com

Tap the green Register button to connect.

Next, select Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Network Traversal Strategy. You should ensure that 'Server Managed' is selected and that 'Global IP', 'STUN' and 'ICE' are all set to 'OFF'.

Click the Phone icon at the bottom of the screen to start making calls.
