If you click on the Edit icon next to a customer, you are able to adjust various settings on your customer's accounts.
Contact
On this screen, you can set their contact information. Note: This will be used by the emergency services if any number from their account makes a call.
Pricing
This is where you can either change the price plan (by using the drop-down box) or set individual exceptions for each feature below. Note: for more information on how these work, please see the Price Plans section.
Call Charging
Here you can set the Tariff and also amend whether the customer is post-paid (and set their credit limit) or see what balance they have/set their Warning threshold.
Bundles
You can subscribe your customer to any bundles you have on offer.
When you add a Call Bundle, you can set how you would like it to apply:
- Should it auto-renew?
- How would like to apply it
- By account (if you assign one bundle, your customer will only have 1 bundle)
- By extension (Whenever your customer allocates another extension, they will subscribe to an additional bundle automatically)
- Would you like to hide the bundle from customers (and their invoices) - this is handy if you are putting bundles in with the extension cost
Permissions
This is where you can set the access rights for your customers. If you would rather they manage their own accounts/bundles you can set them to be allowed to add/remove features. If you would like to manage this for them, you could disallow.
You can also set call permissions (you could dis-allow outgoing calls if they haven't settled last months bill for example)
