You can create customised bundles for your customers to consume - either by allowing your customers to add (Subscribing to) the bundles themselves or by you allocating the bundles to them.
When you create a bundle you set the following:
- Name (Note - this may be seen by the customer too if you have it set to be “public”)
- A number of minutes in-bundle.
- The destinations covered - if you aren’t sure which destination a number falls under, check the Call Tariff section for some advice on how to search
- Decide whether you would like to make the bundle visible to customers
Don’t forget to check your buy rates before you set up a bundle!
