To configure a Softphone client or handset, you will typically need the Username, Password, and Server address. Please note, the Server address will be the Partner address rather than the example below.
To retrieve the SIP Settings for an extension, login to the Customer Portal, select Destinations from the top bar, and navigate to Phone Extensions and choose the extension you would like to use.
Once you have clicked on the extension, click Connected Devices and then the Connect a handset button.
This will open a dialogue containing the SIP username, password and server address which will all need to be entered into the relevant areas of the handset or Softphone configuration.
